  • For bulk or special delivery requests, please contact us directly

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:

    • Courier partner delays

    • Remote or non-serviceable areas

    • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout

5. Courier & Logistics Partners

7. Delivery Issues

a) Delayed Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact us with your order ID, and we will assist you promptly.

b) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images of the package and product for verification

Eligible cases will be resolved as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order

  • Seven Morning Tea will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment or resolve the issue as per applicable terms.
